With VAIO Music Box, music enjoyment extends beyond listening to your favourite songs and shuffles. Instead, it plays songs that reflect your mood. Sort of a shuffle by mood, so to speak.

Utilising Sony's original 12 Tone Analysis technology, the sound wave of each song in your music library is dissected into 12 tones and analysed based on melody, tempo and volume, among other characteristics. It is then categorised into any one of 24 different channels, which include, Energised, Nostalgia, Unplugged and Emotional. Going beyond the usual artist, album year and genre playlists!
